Built on a grass-fed beef tallow base with premium butters and oils, it helps create a smoother, more comfortable shave while leaving a clean post-shave feel. Bayou Butter is not the first tube shave stick or pre-shave, but we do feel its the best. Try one and decide for yourself. As with all Cajun Blade tallow based shave soaps, we rather let our lather do the talking.

If you’re using a shave soap from The Cajun Blade Store, you don’t need Bayou Butter, our soap bases are formulated to deliver that performance on their own. But if you’re stuck shaving with one of those lack luster lathers, Bayou Butter can help bring out the best in your favorite soap. And if you simply enjoy using a preshave, it pairs perfectly with any shave soap. Bayou Butter also makes a great travel shave soap option on its own.

Blizzard Butter is the menthol version of Bayou Butter, built on our White Walker base to deliver intense cooling without sacrificing slickness, cushion, or lather quality. Blizzard Butter is a seasonal release, available only during the warmer months.

Directions: Twist up, apply to damp skin, build your lather directly over it, and shave.
