Refund policy

At The Cajun Blade Store, we take pride in producing artisan grooming products in small batches. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet entered production, packaging, or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Shave Soaps
  • After Sauce Aftershaves
  • Eau de Parfum (EDP)
  • Tallow Balms
  • Skin Care Products
  • Samples
  • Any product that has been opened, used, tested, or altered

For sanitary and safety reasons, these products are considered final sale and cannot be returned.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After review, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund

The resolution offered will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are available only for:

  • Orders canceled before shipment
  • Products confirmed to be defective
  • Orders shipped incorrectly by The Cajun Blade Store

Refund processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days to appear.


Shipping Issues

The Cajun Blade Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Severe weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.


Lost Packages

If tracking information shows a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier and recipient.

We will gladly assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Limited Edition, Seasonal & Collaboration Releases

Limited edition, seasonal, collaboration, and discontinued products are considered final sale.

If a replacement item is unavailable due to limited inventory, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.


Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer correspondence.
