Shipping policy

At The Cajun Blade Store, every product is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged before shipment. We appreciate your support and strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

During product launches, holidays, sales events, and limited-edition releases, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume.

All products are made and packaged by our family-owned business, and we appreciate your patience during busy periods.


Shipping Schedule

The Cajun Blade Store ships orders twice each week via USPS Pickup.

Regular Shipping Days:

  • Wednesday
  • Saturday

Orders received before a scheduled shipping day may ship on that date if processing has been completed.

Orders received after a scheduled shipping cutoff may ship on the next scheduled shipping day.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been packaged and prepared for shipment.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Free Shipping

FREE SHIPPING is available within the Continental United States (CONUS) on orders of $75 or more.

The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.


Canada Shipping

We proudly ship to Canada.

Free Shipping to Canada

FREE SHIPPING to Canada is available on orders of $150 USD or more.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges assessed by Canadian authorities.


International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations where carrier service is available.

All international shipping charges are calculated at actual carrier rates based on destination, package size, package weight, and carrier pricing.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their country.

The Cajun Blade Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be reshipped.

The Cajun Blade Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.


Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to USPS or another carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or other carriers
  • Severe weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Labor disruptions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and contents.

If a package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist in working with the carrier to locate the shipment or file a claim when appropriate.
