At The Cajun Blade Store, all products are handcrafted in small batches and many orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we ask customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has entered production, packaging, or shipment.
Once an order has been processed, packaged, labeled, or transferred to a shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Changes to Orders
If you need to change a shipping address, product selection, quantity, or other order
