Shipping Policy

At The Cajun Blade Store, every order is packed and shipped by our family-run business in Louisiana. We take pride in ensuring your products arrive safely, securely, and ready to enjoy.

TCB Shipping Schedule

Orders shipped through our standard TCB Shipping service (USPS) are typically dispatched during our scheduled USPS pickups every Wednesday and Saturday.

To be included in a scheduled pickup, orders must be received by 8:00 AM Central Time on the morning of pickup. Orders received after the cutoff will be shipped during the next scheduled pickup.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package from our shop to your door.

Shipping Rates

TCB Shipping (USPS)

Orders totaling $99.00 or more qualify for free domestic shipping.

FedEx & UPS Shipping Upgrades

FedEx and UPS shipping options are available at checkout.

Rates are calculated directly by the carrier based on package size, weight, destination, and current carrier pricing.
Shipping charges are not fixed and may vary.
A $5.00 handling fee will be added to all domestic FedEx and UPS shipments. This fee helps cover transportation costs associated with delivering packages to carrier drop-off locations.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to FedEx or UPS shipping methods.
Carrier-calculated shipping charges plus the handling fee will apply to all FedEx and UPS shipments.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using carrier-calculated rates based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and current carrier pricing.

Due to shipping regulations, products containing alcohol cannot be shipped outside of the Continental United States.

Canadian Shipping

Orders shipping to Canada that total $150.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping, where permitted by carrier and product restrictions.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges assessed by their country.

Shipping Carriers

Our primary shipping carrier is USPS through our TCB Shipping program.

Customers may also select FedEx or UPS shipping options at checkout when available.

Processing Time

We do not add additional processing time to in-stock orders.

Our USPS pickup occurs at approximately 12:00 PM Central Time on scheduled shipping days. Orders placed before 10:00 AM Central Time on a scheduled Wednesday or Saturday shipping day will generally ship that same day.

Orders placed after the applicable cutoff time will ship during the next scheduled pickup or carrier drop-off.

Packaging

All products are packaged carefully to protect against leaks, damage, and rough handling during transit.

We understand that many customers appreciate quality presentation and collect our products, so we take extra care to ensure your order arrives looking as good as it performs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier and tracking information has been provided, delivery times and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first to initiate a claim or locate the shipment. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.

The Cajun Blade Store is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier after acceptance into their possession.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.
