The Goat – After Sauce Splash A collaboration with Josh Pascale — “The Cutthroat Goat” This release is something different. This is not a place. Not a bayou. Not a story. This is our first true home-built fine fragrance, designed from the ground up by Josh himself — a fellow straight razor enthusiast who lives and breathes the craft. No shortcuts. No dupes. No inspiration clones. This is original work. The Fragrance “The Goat” This scent is layered, intentional, and built to evolve through the entire wear. It opens bright, but not soft. Fresh citrus from orange zest and bergamot cuts in first, sharpened by a subtle bite of black pepper. The green tea note keeps it clean and controlled, never going sweet or syrupy. Then it turns. The heart is where this thing separates itself. Ripe fig comes in smooth and slightly dark, backed by black tea for depth. There are a restrained floral structure, light red rose and peony, but they’re not powdery or perfumery. They’re grounded. What anchors it is the saffron and earth accord, this is where it gets real. Slightly dry, slightly rugged, with just enough grit to keep it from ever feeling polished or safe.

And the drydown… This is where it earns the name. A deep, resinous base built on ambergris and sandalwood resins, layered with cedarwood and redwood for structure and backbone. There’s a faint cannabis note woven in, not loud, not gimmicky, just enough to add texture and edge. Finished with musk and vanilla, but done right, no sweetness overload, just a smooth, controlled finish that lingers. This is not a beginner scent.

This is not mass appealing. This is balanced aggression and refinement in one build.

Fast-absorbing, alcohol-forward for a clean finish, backed with aloe, glycerin, and jojoba to restore the skin without leaving it greasy. Light viscosity for easy application with a smooth, conditioned post-shave feel.
